見せてもらった工房の２１５作品の中から選んだ作品。新型こけしではなく創作こけしといいたい。手間暇がかかるからあまり作りたくはないと佐々木功工人からは言われた。今の世界情勢から、ひとやすみしたいと強く願う人達に届けられればと思い特別にお願いをして作ってもらいました。

A work selected from the 215 works of Sasaki-Kokeshi-Kobo that I was shown. I would like to call it a creative kokeshi, not a new type of kokeshi. Craftsman Isao Sasaki told me that he didn't want to make it because it would take a lot of time and effort. Due to the current world situation, I made a special request to make it available to people who strongly wish to take a break.
