奥様の美穂作家からのリクエストで作られた2022年の新作です。「どっしりとしたパンダの感じを表現したかった」と功工人。この形ならではのパンダらしさが微笑ましい。想像を超えて、こけしの風情を持つ作品がまた一つ出来上がりました。もちろん、しっぽは白いです。優しい功工人の人柄が伺えるつぶらな瞳、手元に置いてぎゅっとしたくなるKAWAII仲間が増えています。
This is a new work for 2022 made at the request of his wife Miho. “I wanted to express the feeling of a massive panda,” says Isao, a craftsman. The panda-likeness unique to this shape is heartwarming. Beyond imagination, another work with the taste of kokeshi dolls has been completed. Of course, the tail is white. The round eyes that show the personality of the gentle Isao craftsman are wonderful. The number of KAWAII friends who want to keep it close at hand is increasing.
