めんこいなは、しっぽのことを聞いてみました。

オショシーナのしっぽは白かったのです。

オショシーナはなぜしっぽが白いかは知りませんでした。

でも、白い森のうさぎはみんなしっぽが白いと教えてくれました。

そして、白いしっぽは身をまもってくれると教えてくれました。

めんこいなは嬉しくなって言いました。

「あ・り・が・と・う」

めんこいなは深い森のかぞくに白いうさぎにあえたことを言いたくなりました。

急いでかえろうとおもってお別れのあいさつをしました。

「いろいろ教えてくれて、あ・り・が・と・う」

そして、オショシーナもめんこいなにお別れのあいさつをいいました。

「来てくれて、あ・り・が・と・う」

まねをしたので、森のうさぎたちはいっしょに笑いました。

Menkoina asked about her tail.

Oshoshina's tail was white.

Oshosina did not know why her tail was white.

But she told her that all white forest rabbits have white tails.

And she told her that a white tail protects you.

Menkoina became happy and said.

" Ah-ri-ga-tou (thank you)"

Menkoina wanted to tell her deep forest family that she had met a white rabbit.

She feels that she would hurry home, and said good-bye,.

"You've taught me a lot, ah-ri-ga-tou."

And Oshoshina said good-bye, too.

" Ah-ri-ga-tou for coming"

She imitated, and the forest rabbits laughed together.
